What is mediation? A pacific problem-solving method where you work together through conflict with the help of a mediator. This impartial third party supports and informs you, either alone or together as preferred, about the possibilities and consequences linked to the conflict. He can also help you make common arrangements about divorce, separation, parenting plan or family dispute (inheritance ...) That means? # mediation is an alternative way of problem-solving besides traditional legal action. Moreover, it is often less expensive in time and costs.
